The living room with its double-height ceiling and floor-length glass windows and doors is the heart of the villa. The views are truly magnificent: the pools, the lawn-covered dunes and the gardens below and the sky above.
A typical luxury at Summertime Villa is to watch the sunset sitting on the sofa with a drink in hand. At night, you can well enjoy the Goan moonlight or the stars also sitting comfortably inside.
A stunning and comfortable lounging space, the living room is perfect for an easy conversation or some quiet reading time (we are all bookworms in our family, so the living room even includes a unique bibliochaise, a chair built into a bookcase!).
The room wall blazes with a large phulkari tapestry in flaming colours, and small niches in the wall are home to wooden farm animals.
In the evenings, lit by concealed lighting, the wall is a glowing piece of art. The entire day windows and large glass doors let in breezes from the mini-valley as well as flooding the place with an incredible amount of light.
We have two dining areas – one inside, one on the verandah outside with a view of the lawn and pools, both perfect for six guests – so go ahead and select your favourite breakfast spot.
The heart of the villa is a double-height living room. Summertime has three suites: the Koi Suite, the Coral Suite and the Sunflower Suite.
